Lorrie and her associates staged a listing I had in Ashmore subdivision.  The property sold within 60 days.  During several open houses the visitors commented on how well the home showed with the furnishings.  It definitely gave a warmth to the home.

We are the recipients of our home being "Staged for Sale." 

We appreciate all the work that has been done to stage it.  The results are unbelievable.  Staged Homes of East Texas did such an outstanding job that we have decided that we would like to live in it.

These ladies reorganized everything.  This included the kitchen, closets, and furniture.  They transformed the house and it is beautiful!

This staging crew cleaned out everything unnecessary, e.g., "stuff" from 59 years of marriage.  Some of this went to an estate sale, some to the dumpster, and some was stored and labeled in boxes.

My greatest concern, however, was the ability to trust the integrity of everyone in our house.  At one time we missed a cell telephone charger.  Immediately this was replaced.  This was a major concern that was immediately satisfied.  The ladies were very thoughtful, considerate, and did a wonderful job cleaning, as well as staging everything so beautifully.  Ways I had never considered.  They did everything tastefully and artistically. 

I had no idea this service was available and we are so thankful that our Realtor, Sharon Counts, knew about it.  We highly recommend this service to anyone who would like to have their home reorganized.
